Being Swedish, sustainability is second nature. Many electric boats are built and tested in our challenging environments and after experiencing Candela and X Shore, we realized that electric propulsion isn’t just about being environmentally friendly or following a trend - it’s about superior comfort and performance.
Electric tenders offer a smooth, silent ride with no vibrations or fumes, making them the perfect choice for superyachts. With onboard charging readily available in as little as 40 minutes, the transition to electric is seamless.
Tendercraft is the first company fully dedicated to electric tenders, built in Sweden and designed effeciently for extended range and ultimate comfort.
Jakob Westring
Captain & Founder
As a commercially licensed captain with a B.Sc. in Nautical Science. I bring over a decade of hands-on experience onboard prestigious yachts and ships, fueled by a lifelong passion for boating. I've sailed in Northern Norway, Antarctica and most places in between.
Still active as a captain, I stay connected to life at sea while also focusing on designing tenders that truly meet the needs of superyachts. Being Swedish, the outdoors is in my DNA, whether it's skiing, cycling or just staying active. But above all, my family is at the heart of everything I do.
Jonas Mossberg
Naval Architect & Founder
With over 20 years of experience in the design and analysis of ships, boats, naval surface vessels, patrol boats etc. I have a good understanding of all aspects of shipbuilding. After my Master’s degree in lightweight structures and naval architecture, I have worked in various roles in ship development and for over a decade as a technical consultant. To this I can add several years of development and construction of electric pleasure boats. Technological development is something I am very passionate about. I love being close to the sea and developing and customizing the best possible surface vessels for those who enjoy life at sea just as much.
